Minimum requirements :
We are looking for :
A Senior Legal professional with a strong background in banking or National Credit Act compliance.
Key Requirements :
- BComm and LLB qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in banking or NCA-related legal work
- Strong understanding of South African financial regulations
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Must be able to analyse financial statements
- Debt review, Sequestration, and Administration
- Manage Legal Collection Process
