Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via multiple channels
  • Assist customers with trading processes, platform navigation, and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and platform updates.
  • Client Identification and Verification (FICA)
  • Reporting Suspicious Transactions
  • Maintain customer confidentiality.

Requirements :

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • High School (matric) (Required)
  • Language : Fluent English
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Advantageous - strong knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
  • Proficiency in customer service software and communication tools
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
  • Effective communication skills
  • Reliable mode of transport
