Introduction

Are you a proactive engineering professional passionate about delivering high-quality solutions in an automotive or manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Projects / Process Engineering Technician to join our innovative team and play a critical role in introducing new products and processes while driving continuous improvement.

• New Product & Process Introduction : Lead the justification, development, and release of new products and processes in line with APQP and AIAG global standards.
• Process Design Accuracy : Ensure alignment with customer specifications, conduct risk assessments (PFMEA), and develop robust process flows and control plans.
• Engineering Change Management : Monitor and action Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
• Documentation & Training : Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documents, and facilitate relevant training in line with technical standards.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for cost reduction, product rationalization, and enhanced SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) compliance.
• Education : National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience : 3 years in a similar role within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Technical Proficiency : MS Office, CAD software, and solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, and project management.
• Core Knowledge :
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC (5 Core Quality Tools).
• Automotive Standards : IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5.
