They are committed to delivering high-quality construction solutions and are seeking a dedicated Junior Site Manager to join their growing team and contribute to their continued success. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with 1-4 years of building experience to advance their career with a well-established company. Our client values professional development and offers a supportive environment for career growth. University degree mandatory (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field) Minimum 1 year of building / construction experience required (candidates with 1-4 years experience preferred) Demonstrable experience in residential or commercial construction projects Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building processes Proven leadership and team management capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Meticulous attention to detail and quality focus Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Working knowledge of construction legislation and building regulations Results-oriented with strong deadline management skills Ability to perform effectively under pressureExceptional organizational and time management abilities Professional presentation and conduct Dependable and punctual work ethic
