Chief Technology Officer

Requirements :

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles.
• Proven success in designing and scaling high-availability, high-volume systems.
• Strong experience with microservices , cloud-native architectures , and API-driven platforms .
• Deep understanding of modern development practices, DevOps, and Agile frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks in financial services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Cybersecurity knowledge : This includes encryption, intrusion detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
