Creative Designer.
Purpose
Create design that makes Anything is Possible impossible to ignore. Sitting in the Growth team supporting Marketing, New Business, Tender professionals, and working with service teams, this role turns ideas, data, and stories into sharp, striking visual materials that win attention, business, and reputation.
Every output should reflect the standards of a world‑class agency.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high‑quality visual materials for decks, whitepapers, industry reports, and event collateral.
- Develop layouts, templates, and pitch websites that express ideas clearly and consistently.
- Work with Growth team colleagues to translate strategy, storytelling, and data into powerful visual formats.
- Collaborate with Tender professionals and New Business to design persuasive, on‑brand proposals and submissions.
- Create sales enablement materials including case studies, one‑pagers, and credentials documents.
- Design assets for events, campaigns, and social channels, including motion graphics and video elements.
- Follow and interpret the agency’s brand guidelines precisely, ensuring visual consistency across all outputs.
- Use AI design and content tools to improve speed, accuracy, and creative range.
- Maintain and evolve the agency’s visual identity across all Growth materials.
- Manage file organisation, templates, and workflows for efficient production and collaboration.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques that raise creative standards and impact.
Skills And Experience
Proven design experience within a creative, media, or tech agency.Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and fluent in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.Experience using AI tools for design, presentation, and creative development.Strong typographic, layout, and brand design skills with obsessive attention to detail and consistency.Demonstrated ability to follow and apply brand guidelines accurately.Experience designing for both digital and print, with motion graphics or animation as a plus.Confident visualising complex information and data with clarity and precision.Organised and calm under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines.Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.Driven to produce work that reflects the quality, creativity, and ambition of a leading global agency.Success looks like
