Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement tactical strategy and delivery plans in alignment with overall business objectives.

Budget & Performance : Draw up budgets, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances.

Coaching & People Management : Actively mentor and lead teams, fostering personal growth and performance excellence.

Operational Oversight : Set tactical goals and optimize resources (people, finances, technology) to achieve results.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyse business information, identify trends, and provide insights for executive decision-making.

Client Acquisition & Growth : Define and drive customer acquisition and tactical sales strategies.

Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to corporate governance, compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Thought Leadership : Provide subject matter expertise in stockbroking and portfolio management to clients and the business.

Candidate Profile :

Relevant Degree with RE 5 & RE 1 certification .

5–8 years’ experience in an investment management environment, of which at least 2–3 years at management level .

Proven background in stockbroking and portfolio management (preferred).

Registered Stockbroker with SAIS .

Strong leadership, client-facing, and strategic execution skills.
