Job Description
The Product Manager : Enterprise Intelligence will drive the vision and evolution of SYSPRO’s reporting and AI capabilities, enhancing the user experience across all SYSPRO information systems. They will lead product strategy, research, and development for AI and reporting offerings—defining functionality, roadmap, and positioning to ensure competitiveness and alignment with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic product vision and development : lead the research and development of AI‑driven analytics and enterprise reporting features within our ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager : ERP and Platform to define a comprehensive product strategy that leverages AI to enhance reporting, streamline decision‑making, and optimize user experience.
- Monitor technological trends, identify opportunities, and develop a product roadmap prioritizing AI‑enhanced features.
- Guide cross‑functional teams (data scientists, developers, product analysts) to design and deliver new capabilities.
- Conduct market research, engage customers, and utilize the Voice of the Customer to inform enhancements.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to retirement and oversee the go‑to‑market strategy for new features.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify process improvements and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support to development and QA teams and partner with sales and regional teams.
