Position Title : Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an end‑to‑end sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain a qualified B2B sales pipeline.
- Conduct outreach, discovery, and closing calls with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions, pricing, and go‑to‑market approach.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage CRM data accuracy and maintain consistent follow‑up processes.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership.
Ideal Candidate
7‑10 years of B2B sales or business development experience.Proven ability to create strategy, drive pipeline, and close deals independently.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.Self‑starter comfortable working autonomously with minimal direction.Familiar with CRM tools, outbound systems, and digital sales workflows.Experience in service‑based or agency environments preferred.Why Join
