Warehouse Inventory Controller

Responsible for ensuring that goods received into or sent out from the Warehouse are in good condition and correspond with the correct paperwork to ensure accurate stocks / records are held and customer deliveries are dispatched on a right first-time basis. Managing all the functions of transaction activities, documentation of goods and equipment and stock control.

• Receiving : In depth GRV'ing exp - products and costing knowledge; GRNing; processing invoices for incoming shipments - not purchase orders. Receiving is top priority and essential for this role.
• Inventory control cycle counts ; stock counts; discrepancy and variance investigations.
• Dispatch Out going shipments; Waybill creation, packing lists, commercial invoice, and quotes (for export).
