Key Accountabilities

System Management & Support

Act as the primary owner of Allvue and CRM, managing configuration, workflows, and user access
Maintain data integrity, perform reconciliations, and resolve system-related issues
Partner with IT and vendors to implement upgrades, troubleshoot, and optimize system use
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support management reporting, investor reporting, and internal KPIs

Process Improvement

Automate manual processes and improve efficiency through systems

Ensure best practice data governance and controls across finance systems

Identify gaps and recommend solutions for process and reporting improvements

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with finance, operations, compliance, and operational teams to understand reporting needs

Train and support users on Allvue and Power BI functionality

Serve as the first line of support for system queries

Requirements

Proven experience in a finance systems role, ideally within asset management, fund administration, or financial services

Hands‑on expertise with CRM and advanced Power BI skills (data modelling, visualization best practices)

Strong technical understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Experience with other finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar) a plus

Knowledge of SQL or data integration tools beneficial

Proactive, self‑starter attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Systems related field
