Key Accountabilities
System Management & Support
- Act as the primary owner of Allvue and CRM, managing configuration, workflows, and user access
- Maintain data integrity, perform reconciliations, and resolve system-related issues
- Partner with IT and vendors to implement upgrades, troubleshoot, and optimize system use
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support management reporting, investor reporting, and internal KPIs
Process Improvement
Automate manual processes and improve efficiency through systemsEnsure best practice data governance and controls across finance systemsIdentify gaps and recommend solutions for process and reporting improvementsStakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with finance, operations, compliance, and operational teams to understand reporting needsTrain and support users on Allvue and Power BI functionalityServe as the first line of support for system queriesRequirements
Proven experience in a finance systems role, ideally within asset management, fund administration, or financial servicesHands‑on expertise with CRM and advanced Power BI skills (data modelling, visualization best practices)Strong technical understanding of financial reporting and accounting processesAbility to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesExcellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detailStrong communication skills to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersExperience with other finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar) a plusKnowledge of SQL or data integration tools beneficialProactive, self‑starter attitude with a focus on continuous improvementComfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving business environmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Systems related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
