Job descriptionA Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2+ years actuarial experience (short-term insurance exposure is a plus!). 45 actuarial exams completed and progressing towards qualification. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with an independent mindset. Resilient, professional, and deadline-driven. Excel wizardry & comfort with PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with Python, R, SAS, or other data tools. A strong grasp of actuarial principles, insurance practices, and reporting. Clear communicator who can present insights to all levels. What Youll Do :
- Get hands-on with actuarial analyses and support senior specialists on more complex projects.
- Assist with pricing new and renewal business, creating rating structures and profitability reviews.
- Provide technical insights to underwriters on pricing and strategy.
- Perform reserving and expense analysis to keep pricing sharp and aligned to goals.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to influence strategy.
- Keep progressing with your actuarial exams while building strong technical and industry expertise.
