The Role : Online Sales Executive

This senior position is key to driving online sales performance and overseeing the administrative management of all online retail processes. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations, from order processing to after-sales support, while implementing strategies to boost revenue and enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase online sales revenue.

Oversee order processing, customer inquiries, and after-sales service.

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online store inventory.

Provide expert product advice and exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless online experience.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Keep up to date with e-commerce best practices and industry trends.

Participate in annual stock takes and ensure accurate online inventory levels.

About You

Minimum of 5 years experience in online sales with a proven track record.

Strong background in e-commerce platforms and online retail.

Experience or interest in hunting, outdoor, or related product categories.

Matric required; tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proficient in English and Afrikaans, with strong communication skills.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
