Overview
Location : Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily posting on Instagram, ensuring content follows the schedule and brand tone.
- Reformat existing assets using Canva templates and transcripts, maintaining consistency in fonts, colors, and layout.
- Manage and update the content calendar to ensure timely, aligned publishing across platforms.
- Coordinate with the social media team to schedule posts, organize content libraries, and track performance.
- Maintain organized systems for digital assets, ensuring efficient campaign preparation and reporting.
- Respond promptly to comments and direct messages with a friendly, brand-aligned voice.
- Monitor engagement and contribute to community-building through active interaction with followers.
- Support initiatives to strengthen online relationships and encourage ongoing audience participation.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation, ideally in a junior-level role.Hands-on experience with Instagram management and community engagement.Skills
Proficient in Canva for editing and adapting pre-designed assets.Strong attention to detail and understanding of design consistency.Ability to follow structured content calendars and brand guidelines.Experience managing DMs and online community interactions.Excellent written communication and organizational skills.What Success Looks Like
