Senior Property Financial Accountant (Sandton)

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for property accounting? We're looking for a Senior Property Financial Accountant to join our team in Sandton. This role is crucial to our company's financial success, responsible for maintaining accurate and integral accounting processes, records, and financial data. Requirements :

• BCom Accounting degree (required).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an accountant role (required).
• Completion of articles with an audit or financial advisory firm (preferable).
• Property Accounting experience (preferable).
• Familiarity with MDA Property Manager accounting software (preferable).
• In-depth understanding of intercompany loans, including balancing and interest calculation.
• Excellent grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills – ability to demonstrate proficiency.
