• Lead and manage the reinsurance accounting function across the non‑life license.
• Oversee reinsurance systems, policies, and process improvements to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive IFRS 17 compliance and reporting excellence through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Manage internal, external, and reinsurer audits with precision and accountability.
• Oversee debtor and creditor management to maintain financial integrity.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support sound financial decision‑making.
