Pre-Owned Sales Manager

Job descriptionMinimum 35 years management experience within the pre-owned / used vehicles environment Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service abilities Sound knowledge of market trends, valuations, and used-car operations Valid drivers license Competitive salary package Incentive and performance-based earnings Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a reputable dealer group
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Oversee the full used vehicle sales process, including sourcing, pricing, stock management, and merchandising
- Implement strategies to grow sales volumes and profitability
- Manage trade-ins, valuations, and stock turnaround
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain high CSI standards
- Drive marketing initiatives and digital advertising for the pre-owned department
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements
