Food and Beverage Manager Luxury Hotel Constantia Western Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join a renowned luxury hotel situated in the scenic Constantia area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality possess excellent leadership abilities and ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Lead train and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent excellence.

Implement and maintain operational standards procedures and service levels.

Manage budgets cost control and stock levels efficiently.

Work closely with the culinary team to create and execute innovative menus.

Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.

Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally ensuring continual improvement.

Support event and function planning including menu coordination and execution.

Requirements :

Minimum of 35 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on management style.

Excellent organisational communication and financial management abilities.

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.

Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required.

Salary : Negotiable dependent on experience.
