Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to :

  • Chief Operations Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Implement and ensure ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance
  • Oversee and manage QC, QA and ensure H&S compliance
  • Devise and review specifications for products and processes
  • Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and inspection
  • Compile management reports
  • Monthly data analysis to measure performance
  • Continues improvement
  • Timeously address and close our Non-Conformances with corrective actions

    • Essential Characteristics :

    Manage a team of :

    o1 H&S / Quality Manager

    o2 Quality Compliance Officers

    o8 Quality Supervisors

    o45 Quality Checkers

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Degree / Diploma in Quality and Health and Safety
  • Strong experience in manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years experience in a SHEQ Manager role
  • Soft skills : Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor and Core Tools
  • Fully computer literate
