Outbound Sales Representative

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join the team and manage the full sales cycle for digital marketing services. This role is focused on generating new business through outbound prospecting, handling negotiations, and closing deals with potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in newsletter sales, and be comfortable with a range of outbound outreach strategies such as cold calling, email sequences, and social messaging. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals are essential for success in this position.

Location : Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Role Overview

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for digital marketing services. You will generate new business through outbound outreach, engage leads across multiple channels, and drive conversions by presenting tailored offers and closing deals. This role requires strong negotiation skills, pipeline management, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage new leads, primarily for the cost-per-placement model.
• Utilize data scraping tools and outbound outreach approaches to generate lead lists and develop effective outreach strategies.
• Engage leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, emails, and social messaging, using personalized approaches to initiate conversations and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, consistently qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for follow-up and deal closure.
