We are seeking graduates in the following disciplines :
- Commercial / Business : Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- Quality & Regulatory : Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Laboratory Techniques, or ISO9001 : 2008 QMS Certification
- Finance : Accounting, Finance, or related business qualifications
This programme will provide successful candidates with meaningful, hands‑on experience in their chosen discipline and a strong foundation for future career development within Brenntag.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your field of placement, your responsibilities may include :
Maintaining safety standards and housekeeping principles in line with Brenntag’s policies.Assisting with laboratory testing, calibration, and quality assurance procedures.Supporting regulatory documentation, supplier compliance, and product quality audits.Contributing to commercial operations, customer engagement, and business development initiatives.Assisting the finance team with reporting, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.Participating in a structured 12-month Work Readiness Programme designed to build technical and professional skills.Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)NQF Level 6 or 7 qualification in one of the following :Commercial / Business : Marketing, Business Management, Supply Chain, or SalesQuality & Regulatory : Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Laboratory Techniques, or ISO9001 : 2008 QMS CertificationFinance : Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsSelf‑motivated with a proactive approachResilience and commitment to completing the 12‑month learning programmeWhy Join Brenntag?
