She Coordinator

Overview

Feltex is seeking an experienced SHE Coordinator to provide strong leadership, supervision, and operational control in identifying and eliminating all potential risks in the workplace. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of safety, health, and environmental initiatives, adherence to SHE standards, and consistent achievement of workplace safety objectives in alignment with organisational goals.

This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by coordinating risk assessments, monitoring safety performance metrics, optimising risk mitigation processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on workplace safety. The SHE Coordinator will also serve as a primary point of contact between staff, management, and regulatory bodies, foster a culture of safety and accountability, and ensure that all SHE practices align with Business Unit and Organisational objectives and inline with compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
