Are you a data-driven marketer who gets excited about turning clicks into customers Syntech is seeking a motivated and meticulous Paid Media & Growth Strategist to own our paid advertising strategy across a diverse range of platforms.

As a Paid Media & Growth Strategist you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will weave together data insights strategic planning & creative testing to optimise CPM CPC CPO & other costs while maximising ROI. Youll deploy campaigns across an omnichannel landscape that includes paid socials Google ads B2B / B2C ecommerce & retail media across several core markets.

The role requires a balance of planning iterative testing diligent execution partner management data analysis & reporting. You will work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager & the rest of the marketing department. You will also work closely with the Retail Sales teams as well as our customers.

Your work will directly shape the success of Syntechs marketing efforts helping to achieve strategic objectives while delivering measurable results. Additionally this is a dynamic role with considerable growth potential.
