Job Summary

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a top-tier marketing agency serving the U.S. market. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting through LinkedIn and email, appointment setting with key decision-makers, and managing your sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where professionalism, sales experience, and independence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual prospecting via LinkedIn and cold email tools to engage B2B leads
• Book qualified meetings with U.S.-based decision-makers and ensure high show‑up rates
• Execute outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, and HubSpot
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate tracking of outreach activity and pipeline
• Professionally represent the brand on all client‑facing Zoom calls
• Collaborate on ideal customer profiles and messaging strategies
• Optionally support junior SDRs or freelancers if needed

Qualifications

Competitive salary : based on experience and qualifications

Commission : $25 per held meeting (to encourage show‑up rates)

100% remote (South Africa‑based candidates preferred)
