As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and analysing data to support business units with decision making, improve data quality, and ensure efficient data processes. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, extract relevant datasets, maintain data profiles, and contribute to the design and implementation of automated data solutions that provide self‑service data extraction through AI and other stacks used by Central QA.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Expectations Management : Understand and manage stakeholder expectations related to data analysis, reporting, and insights; communicate effectively with business teams to align data requirements with organizational goals.
• Project Kick-Off And Data Requirements : Participate in project kick‑off sessions to identify data needs; determine data requirements based on project objectives and stakeholder requests.
• Data Analysis And Manipulation : Analyse existing data within test environments, identify gaps or missing data, and manipulate datasets to improve data completeness; collaborate with other teams to enhance data quality.
• Business And Testing Requirements : Gather data requirements from business and testing teams and translate business needs into specific data requests.
• Daily Dataset Extraction : Extract relevant datasets daily to fulfil logged requirements via ServiceNow and ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
• Data Profile Maintenance : Maintain data profiles in various environments, monitor and maintain data quality and integrity, and investigate discrepancies to take corrective actions.
• New Product / Project Analysis : Evaluate whether the current dataset can meet testing requirements for new products or projects and provide insights on data availability and limitations.
• Automated Data Solutions : Design and implement automated solutions for data creation, maintenance, and extraction; streamline data processes to improve efficiency and promote innovation in streamlining manual processes.
• Data Management : Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security; collaborate with stakeholders and testing teams to optimally design data workflows.
• Test Environment Data Maintenance : Create and maintain data in test environments and align data with testing scenarios and requirements.
• Data Extraction For Requirements : Analyse tests and business requirements to extract relevant data and provide data extracts for testing, reporting, and analysis.
