About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Automation & AI Specialist who loves designing smart systems, simplifying complexity, and building tools that work harder. You’ll be at the center of scaling the organization—optimizing HubSpot, integrating AI tools, and creating automations that make workflows more efficient and intelligent. The role blends technical implementation with strategic problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation & AI Systems

Design, build, and maintain automated workflows within HubSpot to support lead capture, sales, and client lifecycle management.

  • Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or custom APIs) to enhance communication, reporting, and data accuracy.
  • Identify repetitive tasks and translate them into scalable automation systems.
  • Monitor, test, and refine automations to ensure reliability and speed.
  • Research and introduce new AI tools that improve efficiency and performance.
  • HubSpot CRM Management
  • Own the structure, optimization, and automation of HubSpot pipelines and data flows.

  • Build and refine lead scoring, nurturing, and reporting systems.
  • Maintain clean data and ensure CRM consistency across teams.
  • Support campaign tracking, integrations, and system alignment between tools.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing and operations to map and improve internal processes.

  • Help train team members on automation best practices.
  • Document workflows and maintain internal guides for automation systems.
  • Support leadership with reports, dashboards, and automated insights.

  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or fast‑paced digital environment is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely and aligning with Eastern Time Zone hours.

  • Familiarity with API integrations or low‑code / no‑code platforms.
  • Background in digital marketing, operations, or data analytics.
  • Passion for AI‑driven solutions and emerging tech.
