To implement and action the creation and compilation of management and strategic reports aligned to strategic intent; through qualitative and quantitative research and analysis; and recommending insights that enable sound business decisions through others, as per Nedbank's business strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce targeted reports / presentations that summarize findings and recommendations to inform senior management decision-making by managing the data collection and analysis process within timelines, specifically relating to Human Resources data.
- Apply sound knowledge of technical data applications (Power BI, data principles, data modelling, etc.) to digitize and optimize reporting on headcount, EE, vacancies, attrition, and support decision-making processes.
- Solve customer needs and drive business strategy by providing insights and managing data analysis and interpretation on strategic issues and challenges faced by Nedbank.
- Deliver key insights to support strategic decision-making by responding timeously and professionally to various ad hoc business requests impacting the division and organization.
- Research and analyze queries by consulting with different stakeholders across Nedbank to deliver timely and accurate resolutions.
- Identify stakeholder requirements and collaborate across divisions to achieve common goals.
- Create, maintain, and coordinate team effectiveness and discipline through stakeholder collaboration.
- Manage client expectations by identifying needs, delivering, and maintaining service standards throughout the process.
- Minimize risk and enhance customer satisfaction by developing embedded reporting processes aligned with Nedbank standards.
- Achieve Nedbank goals and objectives within budget by driving processes to improve internal customer satisfaction.
- Report and present key findings effectively to enable decision-making in line with regulations and legislation.
- Improve customer delivery / experience by fostering a proactive environment of quality analytics and strategic insights.
- Deliver automated reporting solutions by monitoring, examining, and recommending improvements.
- Identify performance gaps and agree on appropriate actions.
- Stay abreast of expertise and stakeholder expectations by building self-capability through training and development.
- Participate in developing and implementing action plans to address culture survey issues.
- Achieve operational excellence by supporting business optimization improvements through team engagement.
