Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy, a trusted global partner in talent solutions, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Online HR Executive to join our fully remote, international HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR professional to manage and support key HR operations while working with teams across multiple time zones. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance, and virtual team management.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage and maintain employee records and digital HR files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate and execute remote onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with global standards.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and virtual wellness programs.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for internal reporting.
Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and remote work regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a productive virtual workplace culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in using HR software, ATS, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, BambooHR).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a virtual environment.
Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly desirable.
Previous exposure to global HR operations and international compliance is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours / week).
Flexible schedule with availability required during core working hours (9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM GMT+0), with some overlap with global teams.
Occasional evening or early morning meetings may be required due to time zone differences.
