Job description

Medipost Pharmacy has vacancies for CCMDD LPB Assistant to ensure timely and accurate labelling of medicine and preparation for packing, which is done after the QA process.

Responsibilities :

  • Labelling and packing of parcels. Maintain an average of 55 scripts per hour as per production requirements, ensuring work is processed according to the Priority scheduled collection date and daily targets (440 / 495 scripts). Ensure all PMP handled are neat, correctly labelled, belong to the correct group box & manifest, with no peeling PMP stickers. Written warnings will be issued for service failure errors.
  • Accuracy and Neatness. Maintain high accuracy and neatness, avoid errors, and ensure proper stock replenishment according to the correct Province after QA checks, with no incidents reported.
  • Procedures. Work strictly according to Department SOPs and adhere to all company policies. Maintain housekeeping standards as per SOP, including de-clustering stations, no boxes on the floor, no open sharp blades, packed boxes in order, and neatly packed stationery.
  • Leave Management. Plan leave in advance to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Professionalism. Foster good relationships with colleagues to boost staff morale.
  • Stock Management. Replenish stock in the correct Province, follow FIFO / FEFO principles, monitor drug interactions, claim error alerts, and dispense correctly. Sign off stock from Warehouse (Receiving) and stock returns. Manage consumables such as ordering boxes.
  • Working under pressure. Balance quality and productivity in a high-pressure environment to meet daily targets and deadlines.
  • Reports Management (Workflow Reporting). Prioritize work correctly based on collection dates, manage work in progress, handle urgent deliveries, communicate delays to patients via call center, and coordinate with departments like IT, Call Centre, Order Processing, Consumables, Couriers, Risk, Warehouse, and Provincial Coordinators.

Qualifications :

  • Learner Post Basic - Registered with SAPC
  • 1-2 Years Experience
  • Ability to prioritize, maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and ensure neatness
