Facilitator (HRD) Metallurgical Plant New

Overview

In this role you will be responsible for :

• Reporting to the Business Partner (HRD) Mining and be responsible for all functions relating to the position Facilitator (HRD) Metallurgical Plant
• The role’s purpose is to perform facilitation and assessment and constantly ensure that high quality theoretical and practical training is presented at the training centre
• Compliance with the company’s HSEC system is essential
• Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards / policies
About you :
• Grade 12
• Computer Literacy & Relevant Plant Qualification
• Relevant formal training qualification (Assessor / Facilitator certificate or alternately Train the Trainer certificate)
• Minimum of three (3) years’ plant experience & Minimum of 1 years’ training / coaching experience
• Proficient in English written language
• Driver’s License & Medically Fit
