Job Description :

We seek an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage the wholesale order process, from placement to client satisfaction. You'll oversee order fulfillment, warehouse coordination, and client communication.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the wholesale order lifecycle : placing orders, tracking status, communicating updates, and resolving issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to wholesale clients.
  • Maintain order records and streamline processes.
  • Self-manage daily tasks.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Experience managing wholesale orders.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Experience with invoicing and billing.
  • Experience in listing items on online e-commerce websites such as E-bay.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
  • Proactive and customer-centric approach.
