Job descriptionDeploy, and manage Meta Ads (core focus) across AU & UK markets for Cherub Baby. Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns. Develop paid ads strategies to grow revenue, improve profitability, and scale performance sustainably. Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities, reduce wasted spend, and drive high-quality traffic and conversions. Test creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels to continuously improve results. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with the Cherub Baby brand and product positioning. Source and coordinate influencers to generate UGC content that you’ll use for ad campaigns. Maintain relationships with creators and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Build and manage a pipeline of UGC to support paid ads growth. You will be enrolled in a mentoring program with senior paid ads experts, meeting every 1–2 weeks for strategic guidance and professional development. Work closely with founders and marketing leadership to continuously refine performance strategies. Increases in website sales and profitability on our websites cherubbaby.com.au and cherubbaby.co.uk Improved MER, CAC and efficient ad spend Consistent flow of high-quality UGC that fuels top-performing ads Strong experience managing ads for consumer retail / e-commerce brands. Confident in building, analysing, and optimising paid media campaigns. Ability to create strategic recommendations based on data. Experience with influencer / UGC management (preferred but not essential — we can train this). Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a flexible, fast-moving environment.
