Corporate Consultant - Financial Wellness

Location

Paarl, Western Cape

Salary

R10 000 – R15 000 per month + travel allowance and performance‑based incentives.

A dynamic and fast‑growing company in the Financial Wellness Technology sector is seeking a motivated Corporate Consultant to join their Western Cape sales team. This client‑facing role is ideal for professionals with strong face‑to‑face sales experience who are passionate about financial well‑being relationship building and driving performance‑based results.

As a Corporate Consultant you will engage directly with employees at employer sites around Paarl, Stellenbosch and Hermanus, promoting financial wellness products and solutions that make a real difference. You’ll benefit from full training, professional development and excellent earning potential in a supportive growth‑focused environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers licence.
  • RE1 and / or RE5 qualifications are advantageous.
  • 2 years of face‑to‑face sales experience preferably in financial services.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willing and able to travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit employer sites to promote and sell financial wellness products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and employees.
  • Collect, qualify and authenticate client leads.
  • Upload client documentation and assist with onboarding.
  • Consistently meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide professional after‑sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted brand ambassador delivering value‑driven client service.
