We are seeking a National Servicing Manager to lead our servicing and maintenance operations in our Cape Town, Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth branches. This pivotal role oversees service delivery, staff performance, and client satisfaction, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- The successful candidate will be both a strategic leader and a hands on technical professional, capable of managing workshop and field operations while mentoring a talented team of service and electrical technicians.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and coordinate service activities, ensuring all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within scope.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to ensure clear communication and service excellence.Oversee workshop and field teams, manage costing, quoting, and invoicing, and ensure smooth operational workflows.Lead, motivate, and develop technical staff through performance reviews, training, and mentorship.Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols to uphold the highest operational standards.Maintain accurate records of client equipment and spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels.Drive service expansion, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen client retention and loyalty.Qualifications and Experience Required :
Technical diploma or trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related fieldProven experience in servicing industrial or mining equipmentValid driver’s licenseKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulationsAttributes Required for position :
