The Role

We are looking for a Viral Content Creator to own the full process of creating, editing, and publishing viral content. This is not about safe corporate social media. It is about bold, scroll stopping ideas that spark conversation, get shared, and drive massive engagement.

You will dream up viral concepts, harness advanced AI tools, edit AI enhanced video content, write captions that speak fluent internet, and optimize every post for maximum reach. You will create content for ambitious, fast growing clients who want to dominate attention and scale fast.

AlgoViral is a software driven company, giving you access to state of the art tools and automation that maximize your creative leverage. You will also help shape the next generation of these tools by providing feedback directly to our engineering and AI teams.

You will work closely with AlgoViral’s CEO and CTO, gaining mentorship and guidance from the people building one of the fastest rising virality agencies in the world. You are fluent in internet culture and a true digital native who has spent real time creating, experimenting, and learning what makes content spread. You instinctively understand trends, humour, sound, pacing, and the rhythm of the feed.

You move fast, think creatively, and stay consistent every day. You are driven by growth, performance, and impact, and you take pride in exceeding expectations. You work well independently and thrive in a high performing team that shares your hunger to win.

Career Progression

• After 1 Month : Manage one major client account from start to finish; Create and post at least three high quality pieces of content per day; Produce your first viral hit with more than 10,000 impressions; Become confident using AI tools for ideation, creativity, and editing; Learn how to turn raw ideas into viral short form content
• After 3 Months : Manage three major client accounts and publish three posts daily for each; Confidently use AI tools to edit, schedule, and optimize content; Create viral content consistently every week; Develop strong instincts for TikTok and Instagram algorithms; Use performance data to refine and improve results
• After 6 Months : Produce multiple viral videos with millions of views; Be recognized as an internal expert on viral growth and creative strategy; Mentor newer team members and share your insights; Build repeatable systems that drive consistent virality across brands
• After 12 Months : Lead your own small creative team and help scale client accounts; Recruit, train, and coach junior creators; Shape the creative direction and viral growth strategy for top performing brands; Play a key role in building one of the fastest growing virality teams in the world
