The Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Growth Specialist to connect MixBloom with new agency partners and drive new business opportunities. You’ll focus on managing inbound and outbound leads, building relationships with prospective partners, and ensuring each has an exceptional experience from the first touchpoint through sign‑up.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and excited by the challenge of turning warm interest into new partnerships. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, managing demo calls, follow‑ups, and communication primarily through email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share insights that help improve lead generation and conversion. You’ll also take part in team meetings to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
This is a remote, freelance position open to candidates working primarily in Eastern or North American time zones.
