• 2–5 years’ experience building and implementing AI / ML models.
• Hands‑on expertise with Databricks, Azure ML, or equivalent tools .
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑Learn.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD).
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across technical and non‑technical teams.
