Compliance Coordinator

Our South African company, Uboni SA (Pty) Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team remotely from South Africa. In this role, you will work closely with client executives, managing and overseeing their IT compliance processes to ensure they meet regulatory standards. This position combines elements of account management and project management, with a strong focus on client engagement and persuasion. This is a full-time, permanent employment position (NOT contract work).

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Serve as the primary contact for compliance-related matters with client executives.
• Manage compliance tasks, ensuring timely completion and audit readiness.
• Develop and maintain project plans for compliance initiatives.
• Regularly engage with client executives, providing updates and strategic advice.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities and issue resolution.
• Support clients in preparing for audits and maintaining documentation accuracy

What We Are Looking For :

3-5 years of experience in project management and / or account management.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills, particularly with executive stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Beneficial but not required : Knowledge of compliance regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, FTC Safeguards, etc.).
