Job descriptionFormal qualification in IT (Diploma / Degree) or relevant SAP Certification Delivery Management SAP EWM Operational consultant Understanding of EWM processes in S / 4HANA Troubleshooting EWM issues and providing business support Understanding EWM queues in S / 4HANA Monitoring & investigation of queues in Warehouse Monitor Knowledge on EWM configuration Good experience in Extended Warehouse Management processes BAPIs Eclipse IDE SAP Web IDE SAP UI5 (simple lists) via Web IDE wizard SAP Ariba network SAP Ariba Guided Buying SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration SAP-HCM-Personnel Administration Understand business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and getting sign-off from users for Business Blueprint document ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development / enhancements) Setting up the organization structure of Materials Management and performing all relevant configuration Preparation of testing documents and performing internal testing Preparation of Master Data templates for various objects Integration testing with other modules Understanding interfaces, IDOC and RFC's processing Preparing the cut-over strategy for MM objects Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners Go-live preparation and post Go-live support Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails Handling Tickets and Tasks with responsibility for closing within defined SLA’s Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support Executing the required changes through configuration Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls Raising Change Requests (CR’s) and writing Functional Specifications Preparing test data for testing of CR’s Testing CR’s and preparing test results Carrying out regression testing Interacting with consultants of other modules User interface transactional solutions Proactively proposing solutions to improve support of (new) business processes Supporting the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach Analysing and solving SAP EWM Module issues Conducting SAP Module process configuration Updating and maintaining all SAP EWM Module functional documentation Analysing and scoping End-user authorisation roles Conducting Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests
