Senior Accountant – ERP Migration

This client is embarking on an exciting finance transformation journey and is looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in a major ERP migration, moving financial processes from Agrismart to Sage300.

What You’ll Be Doing

Process Improvement & Mapping : Review and streamline financial workflows across multiple sites and functions.

ERP Migration Execution : Support planning, reconciliations, and data validation during the move to Sage300.

Financial Operations & Reporting : Ensure accuracy across AP, AR, GL, cashbook, and fixed assets while supporting reporting and compliance.

Training & Change Management : Develop training materials, guide finance teams, and act as the go-to expert for Sage300.

Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with IT, operations, auditors, and senior leadership to ensure a smooth transition.

What They’re Looking For

BCom Accounting.

Completed articles (SAICA / SAIPA)

5+ years’ post-articles accounting experience in a multi-entity environment .

Proven ERP / system migration experience (Sage300 highly beneficial).

Strong IFRS knowledge, consolidations & reconciliations.

Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.

Industry experience in fuel, retail, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
