Qualifications

  • Strong exposure to retail, service, or multi-outlet industries preferred
  • Proven track record in talent development and achieving results through people

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership as part of the Operations Leadership Team
  • Oversee operational planning, policy development, and day-to-day management
  • Drive supply chain execution, QSR’s development, and expansion projects
  • Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent development with a focus on local capability
  • Partner with Finance to ensure disciplined financial planning and management
  • Develop and execute marketing, consumer engagement, and brand-building strategies
