To provide End User Technical Support for users of Clients. Manage, maintain, and repair IT systems. To maintain the company’s computer services and equipment. Build partner relationships with client.

Key Performance Area
- Ensure that contracted customer Service Level Agreements are met (resolved)
- Hardware and Software installations and maintenance
- Plan for, and executes service activities on installed machines, including assisting with installations, discontinuance and repairs.
