Job Description

The role is responsible for analysing and interpreting data related to the organization’s performance in order to inform strategic decision-making. The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Sales Director and other business stakeholders to ensure that there are effective sales reports as and when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Annually assist the Sales Director and the Sales Managers (Incl. medical devices) to create product-based sales targets for the sales team for the following year. Quarterly adjustments as per Financial Forecast results.
  • In collaboration with Sales Director and Sales Managers (Incl. medical devices) maintain customer (territory) and product portfolio mapping by sales representative.
  • Convert data received from Wholesalers monthly and send to Global SAP BI team to maintain the Wholesaler Cube.
  • Update mapping for the WS and Sales Cube as and when necessary, e.g. new customers, new products, attribute 3 changes.
  • Calculate sales team incentives Monthly / Quarterly / Annually.
  • Continuous improvement of the various worksheets – Territory / Product / Rep / Region mapping tables.
  • Provide the sales team with weekly updates – Sales vs Target YTD / MTD and 12-month unit sales trend.
  • Assist the Sales Director / Sales Managers (Incl. medical devices) with adhoc reporting requests from time to time, e.g. Cycle Meetings and Sales Conference, Forecasting meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Director / medical Devices BUM to build a monthly sale report.
  • Continuous improvement of various reports e.g. formats, content.
  • Compile Waste Management reports for participating customers.
  • Back up for Market Intelligence manager in budgeting, forecasting and MTS processes.

Desired Experience & Qualification

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Tertiary Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in preparing and analysing sales force data (CRM), evaluating performance against targets.
  • Solid understanding of financial systems and reporting processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant databases and data extraction techniques.
