A leading player in the industrial gear and power transmission sector is searching for a seasoned Sales Engineer with proven success in the gear industry. This role is for a driven hunter who can identify opportunities, expand market presence, and close high-value deals while maintaining strong industry relationships.

Non-Negotiable Requirements :

Currently working in the gear, gearboxes, or power transmission industry (essential).
Strong technical knowledge of gears, gear manufacturing, and mechanical applications.
Minimum 510 years sales experience in heavy industry / mining / manufacturing environments.
Proven track record of hunting new business and achieving targets .
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.

Job Experience & Skills Required :

Proactively seek and secure new business in the gear and power transmission markets.

Build and maintain key client relationships across mining, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, price, and deliver client-specific gear solutions.

Represent the company at technical presentations, industry events, and trade shows.

Deliver consistent sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting.
