Job Description

This role assists clients telephonically or face to face, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. Customer focused role. Provides telephonic and face-to-face service to customers. Adheres to service and quality standards. Adheres to business, process and compliance rules. Moderate to high level of technical knowledge. Multi skilled across product and process relevant to the business area.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and face-to-face service to customers in accordance with business, process and compliance rules.
• Be individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
• Adhere to service and quality standards and to applicable rules and processes.
• Demonstrate moderate to high level of technical knowledge and maintenance of multi-skills across product and process relevant to the business area.
