What you'll be doing :
We take a multi-channel approach to supporting our customers. So you’ll need to be ok speaking to our customers on the phone who live in France as well as digitally via whatsapp and other digital channels :You'll be our frontline expert, managing and resolving customer queries with a focus on retaining and promoting positive customer relationships, that are reflected in high Trustpilot reviewsMake sure customer waiting times are kept to a minimum, maximum queries are answered quickly with first time resolution where possible and team objectives are deliveredUse great active listening and questioning skills to correctly assess, manage and resolve queriesEscalate any complex / high risk issues quickly and appropriately and keep all parties fully informed until they’re resolvedKeep all customer communication records and data updated and accurate in the right systemsWhat you’ll need to succeed :
3 years+ customer services experience in a call centre environmentThe ability to speak and write in French and English FluentlyA genuine passion for delivering unparalleled service and going the extra mile for our customersA minimum speed of 30+ words per minute with high accuracyProficient with IT packages (especially G-Suite) and digital servicesComfortable working towards and achieving targetsAble to adapt quickly, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environmentA bias to action with a proven track record of getting things done quickly and wellThe ability to commute to our offices in the CBD for work and work to our shift patternsWe align to European operating hours roles operate on a shift pattern basis around the following in South African Standard TimesApr - Sep, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 10.00pm Saturday - Sunday 10.00am -7.00pmOct - Mar, Monday -Friday 10.00am - 11.00pm Saturday - Sunday 10.00am -8.00pmStrong alignment with our company valuesPerks of the Job :
