Job descriptionCA(SA), CGMA, AGA(SA) or similar. At least 10 years of experience in a mid to senior level financial position (required). “Product” experience non-negotiable (manufacture / FMCG / Retail / Wholesale, etc.). Strong commercial acumen, but also comfortable getting “hands dirty”. Strong Excel skills; SAGE Evolution and Pastel Payroll advantageous. R800,000 - R1,200,000 negotiable per annum (highly dependent on experience and qualification).
Financial Manager / Head of Finance
We’re seeking an experienced, commercially minded Financial Manager / Head of Finance to join a medium-sized, rapidly growing, privately owned industrial company based in Bedfordview, Gauteng .
You will work very closely with the CEO. The company is on a strong growth trajectory and requires someone comfortable giving strategic direction as well as being transactional themselves. You will be given the freedom to implement necessary changes!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the finance team.
- Strong emphasis on timely and accurate reporting of results.
- Assist with internal control.
- Payroll, HR, imports, and procurement oversight.
- Working capital management.
