Overview : The role focuses on the implementation and maintenance of QMS in Tiger factories and warehouses, consumer safety management systems, certification management, legal and customer quality requirements, plant hygiene services, and Foods Connect quality module ownership with a continuous improvement mindset.

What You Will Do

  • Document control
  • Corrective and preventive action

  • Drive the implementation of the Tiger core standards
  • Drive PRP implementation
  • Drive HACCP implementation
  • Drive certification compliance
  • Liaise with certification bodies
  • Drive compliance
  • Drive plant hygiene services (cleaning contracts, garments, canteen services, sanitary service contracts)
  • Implement and maintain the Foods Connected quality module (super users)
  • Analyse internal and external audit findings for trends to identify CI opportunities
  • Drive quality continuous improvement programs

    Role & Team

    Systems Analysts bridge business and technology. You’ll support multiple areas of the bank with a focus on the insurance business unit, enabling accurate data flows, enhancing financial sub-ledgers, and supporting regulatory reporting. You will understand insurance data, gather requirements, and work with data engineering to translate them into solutions. You should be able to independently query SQL and engage with business and technical stakeholders.

    What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse insurance data, systems, and processes to extract requirements
  • Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements
  • Provide input to data engineers for data pipelines and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across insurance, data, product, and compliance
  • Support end-to-end solutions with governance and data quality considerations
  • Contribute to system testing, UAT, and solution validation
  • Resolve data issues by identifying root causes and recommending improvements

    • What We Are Looking For

    We seek a systems thinker with strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement. Experience in a data-rich environment and insurance processes is essential. Proficiency in SQL and ability to engage with both business and technical teams is required.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years as a Systems Analyst
  • Experience in or supporting the insurance industry
  • Ability to write and interpret SQL queries
  • Understanding of systems analysis methodologies and business process modelling
  • Familiarity with data environments, system integration, and data validation
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to cloud tools and platforms (JIRA, Confluence or similar)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
