Job Purpose

We’re looking for a highly skilled Dynamics GP Support Consultant to join our Cape Town-based team, supporting a diverse portfolio of UK-based clients. As part of a dynamic MSP environment, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering expert support, driving system improvements, and building lasting client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, values precision, and enjoys working across multiple industries and business models.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Microsoft Dynamics GP across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across core GP modules (Financials, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues between integrations and GP
• Assist clients with issues relating to financial reports using Management Reporter (and other software)
• Demonstrate the ability to write SQL queries for remediation of issues
• Document solutions, processes, and best practices for internal and client use
