Job descriptionEstablishing strong relationships with Retail and Wholesale Customers. Customer management and relationship development. Managing point of purchase objectives. Managing returns according to company policy. Managing sales and merchandising agents market coverage. Identifying product growth opportunities within our area. New accounts and applications. Trade show. Customer complaints. Promoting and growing our brands. Sales administration. Implementing and maintaining 20 keys. Must have a grade 12 (matric) education. Must be familiar with the Poultry Industry. Sales experience in the FMCG sector an advantage. Must be punctual and able to work overtime inclusive of public holidays if and when required. Self-motivated and should have excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a team environment - a key requirement. Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid code 8 driver’s license. Participate in cross pollination of duties within the sales department. Must be computer literate. Good communication skills. Must be a team player. Must have own reliable transport. Be able to work on assigned target volumes. Able to work on forecasts and budgets. Think out of the box and independently. Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
